(Capital Bank), was incorporated in the Republic of Panama on August 3, 2007, and operates under a general banking license issued by the Superintendency of Banks of Panama, as outlined in Resolution S.B.P. No. 153-2007, dated October 9, 2007. This license grants Capital Bank the authority to conduct banking business in Panama and abroad.

The Bank commenced public operations in January 2008, with its main office situated at Avenida Nicanor de Obarrio (Calle 50), Torre Capital Bank, in Panama City, Republic of Panama.

Capital Bank holds 100% ownership of the issued and outstanding shares of the following subsidiaries:

1. Capital Factoring & Finance, Inc.
2. Capital Business Center, S.A.
3. Capital International Bank, Inc.
4. Capital Emprendedor, S.A.
5. Capital Trust & Finance, S.A.
6. Capital Leasing & Finance Solution, S.A.
7. Optima Compañia de Seguros, S.A.
8. Invest Land & Consulting Group Corp.
