Grupo Credicorp, Inc. is a corporation established on September 25, 1992, with its main office situated in the Plaza Credicorp Building on Calle 50 in Panama City.
Credicorp Bank, S.A., a banking entity, is constitutionally formed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama and holds legal authorization to conduct banking activities both within Panama and internationally.
In January 1996, the Superintendency of Banks of Panama granted Credicorp Bank, S.A. a Fiduciary License, enabling it to engage in trust business within or from the Republic of Panama.
